Movelle comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you use it consistently for 60 days and don't notice a difference in how your joints feel between sessions, contact us for a full refund. No hoops. No arguments. No fine print.
How It Works
You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, you must have used the product consistently as directed — 2 capsules daily.
To start a return, email us at support@mymovelle.com. Once your request is approved, we'll send you instructions on where to send the product back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Once we receive and process your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–15 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@mymovelle.com with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right.
